We are in the process of better organizing all of the songs we’ve produced for our website. Until now, we have had them rather loosely organized, and many of them were not uploaded; other songs have been edited and improved but were waiting to be introduced.
Our Wedding Music Samples Album will be officially released next month, according to our plan – the week of December 13th , 2010. If you need help choosing music for your wedding, this 55+ song sampler album includes many of the most loved processionals you hear at weddings, as well as some of the most popular contemporary songs that are being chosen for both brides and bridesmaids.
Many of the bridal processionals are available in their own albums which feature these songs in multiple lengths, so you can match up the song duration with your wedding needs – how long your bridal processional actually needs to last, so that it can end naturally in the perfect timing.
Following is a working list of the 17 songs included in our “Processionals for Brides and Bridesmaids”, but this may change over time:
- Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring (Bach)
- Pachelbel’s Canon in D Major
- Trumpet Voluntary in D (Prince of Denmark’s March)
- From This Moment
- Morning by Grieg
- The Bridal Chorus (traditional – pipe organ)
- The Prayer
- Meditation from Thais (Massanet)
- The Swan (Tchaikovsky)
- Clair De Lune (Chopin)
- God Bless The Broken Road
- For The Beauty Of The Earth
- Gentle Shepherd
- Panis Angelicus
- All Creatures Of Our God And King
- Adagio from the Pathetique Sonata
- Joyful Joyful We Adore Thee (from Beethoven’s 9th)
One of our favorite additions to the album above is Storybook Love, aka the Theme from Princess Bride. It doesn’t get much more ‘wedding’ than that….
Thanks for visiting our wedding music site, and please let us know if we can better help you find the music you need for your special day – we are constantly changing and adding to our site, including the most recent Wedding Music Samples album.
