WEDDING PROCESSIONAL SONGS, as well as creative prelude and recessional music!
The latest offerings on our site are found primarily on our Fun Wedding Songs album – within the last couple weeks we’ve added Happy Together, All You Need Is Love, I Wanna Hold Your Hand, The Wedding March Remix (sort of a Mendelssohn Roll Over if you will), The Birds And The Bees, When I’m 64, and various wedding ringtones. We’ll be offering one of the ringtones free each week. Currently, the Prince of Denmark Ringtone 1 is the freebie – but that will probably have changed by the time you read this post. This mix of songs is still in progress – there will be more to add when I have time to arrange and produce them. Oh, and I added the ever popular Storybook Love to this collection of fun wedding songs, so far the only slower tune. This “Fun Wedding Songs” album being our latest offering is true as of late 2011…. if you’re reading this years after the fact, there will be a lot more water and music under the bridge since this post!
If you’ve listened to our Wedding Music Samples in the last few months, you might recognize some of those titles – that’s because I initially recorded just a short sample, and just now have brought them to completion. This is also true for a handful of other songs on our Wedding Music Samples album – they exist as samples, but we don’t carry the full version on our site just yet. Part of the reason for this is that for our samples album to be successful, it required a great number of familiar (and less familiar, in some cases) wedding song snippets, so that it would be a valuable tool for couples, friends, and family planning weddings, and of course wedding planners and coordinators and who will often be helping you with wedding song suggestions if you need ideas.
Happy Together is one of my personal favorites on our site! If you like the song, you really should take a listen to this one. I included it at the very end of our Classic Love Songs lineup even though none of the rest of the songs are uptempo (at least at the moment – the song sequences are quite simple to change, and that often happens – I’ll listen to a particular album and change things up).
So what songs will be released next? I’m not entirely sure – I’m trying to track Sam Lawton down for some more violin, this time on some more contemporary songs that couples are using a lot currently – Lucky (Jason Moraz), I’m Yours (same artist), and other popular love/wedding songs.
They’re not exactly new, but within the last 2 or 3 months I’ve added a couple piano solos – Iris, the well known Goo Goo Dolls tune, and Only Hope, first released by Switchfoot and then Mandy Moore from the film A Walk To Remember.
Also within the last couple months, due to the popularity of our Bridal Chorus Variations, we’ve added a couple more versions of “Here Comes The Bride” (a.k.a. the Bridal March, the Wedding March) to the lineup – a violin solo with piano and orchestra comes to mind.
