As we continue to expand our repertoire and add new albums, there are several under consideration. First, an album of Celtic and reflective music with melodic instruments being celtic pipes and flutes and other woodwind instruments in the same general family – slide whistles, indian flutes (wood flutes) and so forth.
Second, an album of harp and cello duets would be quite nice, and we are exploring that possibility. Third, we have done 6 songs already for solo violin, and so adding another 4-6 songs could round out a solo violin project, with piano and orchestral accompaniments.
I’m also thinking about a vocal project – either with a choral sound, or possibly with soloists, but that would be down the road a bit further.
And of course I’ll continue to work on piano preludes, more processionals for brides and bridesmaids, and music for other special moments in weddings.
Lastly, I would like to put out a project of fun stuff – wedding ringtones, funky recessionals, some humorous arrangements of well known wedding tunes, and whatever else I can come up with. This is already underway in my brain; it just hasn’t been translated into actual music, except for a few wedding ringtones that may actually be offered at no charge to site visitors quite soon.
I’m a hired player in an orchestral session this evening, so I’m heading back to the studio ~ we’ll keep you posted on our upcoming releases.
